將腫瘤細胞接種于裸鼠脾臟，通過觀察裸鼠體內腫瘤的形成情況，從而評價出細胞的轉移能力；常用于腫瘤細胞肝轉移能力的檢測。
通過外科手術，將腫瘤細胞注射到動物脾臟中，制備脾臟接種轉移模型，通過借助小動物活體成像儀器觀察動物體內轉移灶的發生、發展情況，評價細胞在動物體內的轉移能力，主要轉移器官為肝臟，主要適用于腫瘤在動物肝部、腸系膜、全身性轉移方向的研究?？商峁┑慕＜毎涤校焊伟?、結腸癌、胃癌等。
