通過WB檢測外泌體經典蛋白標志物（CD9/CD63/TSG101）用以鑒定是否分離到的產物是外泌體
通過對分離到的外泌體進行蛋白裂解后，WesternBlot進行CD9，CD63，TSG101的檢測，鑒定蛋白產物是否來源于外泌體。
外泌體進行蛋白裂解后，通過western blot檢測外泌體蛋白標志物。
